Competition!! Campus Alumni Chapters and Departments competed for flavor and showmanship.Guess what the secret ingredient was.

Andi Liner, Nursing Admissions Counselor, and her husband Michael led the team.  As the pots of Red were cooked, everyone used tasting spoons to sample and compare the fare on a cold January day.

Dana Khan, UT Tyler Alumni Coordinator, Dawn Franks, UT Tyler Alumni Association President, and Alan Thomas, Chair of the Chili Cook-Off & BOD of UTT Alumni Association, reviewed the grade sheets to select the winners.
