MEMBERSHIP AND DUES
The Nursing Alumni Chapter welcomes
graduates, faculty, staff, current students, and friends to participate
in the voluntary organization at several levels of membership.
Working together we can promote the College of Nursing and build
a strong alumni from all of the educational programs. Membership
in the Nursing Alumni Chapter provides membership in the UT Tyler
Alumni Association with its privileges.
Active Membership
Active members pay annual dues which power the Chapter to provide
the web page as a communication tool with many skills, and to support
Chapter and student activities. You are entitled to voting privileges as well
as the opportunity to hold office. Renewal notices are sent each
fall for the next fiscal year.
- Regular Membership
is $65 annually
- Student Membership
is $15 annually
- Joint Membership for
husband and wife is $90 annually
- Life Membership is $750
- Joint Life
Membership
for husband and wife is $1,000 (3 installments must be completed
within 24 months).
Associate Membership
Any person who is not a graduate of
the College of Nursing who evidences a genuine interest in the
welfare of the College of Nursing and who wants to become an Associate
Member of the Nursing Alumni Chapter may pay dues under any of
the classifications of Active Membership above the Student level.
You can access all information on the Nursing Chapter Alumni website
and may serve on Chapter committees. Associate members may also
join as Life members.
One
Membership for All Time
The UT Tyler Nursing Alumni Chapter
has a lifetime member category. Life members will be recognized
at Homecoming, in the Alumni Chapter Newsletter, and will receive
a framed certificate. Your life membership of $750 is a contribution
to the Permanent Endowment Fund which will secure the growth and
prosperity of your organization. Life members strengthen the Alumni
Chapter network.
Additionally,
Joint Life membership for husband and wife for $1,000 will support
the Permanent Endowment Fund.
